Synergy CHC Redesign

A redesign concept for a cleaner multi-brand site that could scale more easily across the business.

Client: Synergy CHC

Role: Product Designer

  • Web Design
  • UX/UI
  • Concept

Problem

Explore a cleaner multi-brand web direction for Synergy CHC and show how the site could feel more structured across multiple brands.

What shipped

Produced a redesign concept with clearer page hierarchy, more consistent templates, and a better sense of how the multi-brand experience could work.

How impact was measured

This was concept work, so success was judged through clarity of the structure and whether the direction felt useful for future planning.

Approach

  • Started with the structure of the multi-brand experience rather than just styling individual pages.
  • Focused on clarifying hierarchy, navigation, and consistency across templates.
  • Used concept work to show how different brand pages could still feel connected.

What I designed

  • Concepts for the homepage, about page, and brand pages.
  • A cleaner navigation and page structure for the wider site.
  • Template ideas that made the experience feel more consistent.

Testing

  • Reviewed the concepts internally to check whether the structure was easier to understand.
  • Compared how the different page types worked together as one system.
  • Checked that brand pages still had enough individuality within the shared layout approach.

What shipped

  • A multi-page redesign concept for Synergy CHC.
  • Template directions for a clearer multi-brand site structure.
  • A visual reference point for possible future implementation.

Impact

  • The concept made it easier to discuss how the broader site could be organised.
  • It also gave the team a clearer reference for future design decisions.
